Railroad Memories Museum Opens Memorial Day

*JUNE 7,  2014-Chuck Revak Memorial Fishing Day for Kids- Kids ages 5 to 15 are invited to Veterans Memorial Park in Spooner from 10am-11:30am for some hands-on fishing instruction. Kids will work through four stations- casting, knot tying, fish identification, and fishing rules and safety tips. After receiving instructions at the stations, the kids will be given the opportunity to put on a worm and cast a line. Plenty of adult instructors will be available to assist the kids. This is a free event, all equipment will be provided, and the first 75 kids will receive a free fishing gift.
